ERC Partners Program
In order to expand the depth of ERC's Measures, increase the national benchmarking database, and deliver greater value to the business community in improving ethical culture, ERC has created the ERC Partners Program.
The ERC Partners Program facilitates the gathering of empirical ethical culture survey data by our Partners and its clients to facilitate identification, training, and consulting to improve the ethical culture of our Partners' clients. ERC provides access to the most advanced measurement instruments and datasets for benchmarking to measure ethical culture and program effectiveness. ERC Partners offer the essential consulting services and training tools to effectively manage change where needed and to ensure an ongoing ethical culture.
Why ERC?
ERC Survey is the most reliable and comprehensive tool for assessing ethical culture and compliance program impact in the ethics industry. ERC Measures provides meaningful benchmarks, and our portal system provides advanced capability to organizations so that they can further analyze their data without compromising the confidentiality of respondents.
ERC will offer ERC Partners the opportunity to use established multivariate measures of culture and effectiveness through employee surveys and a rigorous methodology to collect reliable data. In addition, ERC Partner project will be able to offer their clients access to the ERC online portal that provides real-time information and data query tools that will enable customized analysis to corporate clients, along with the capability to generate community-specific benchmarks.
As an added feature, ERC can help ERC Partners keep survey projects reasonably priced by using the ERC's streamlined survey implementation process designed to minimize cost and maximize efficiency. ERC's goal is to make quantitative measurement both easy and affordable for corporate clients.
Why Should Your Clients Use the ERC Survey Instruments?
Invest to Protect. Every company is at risk. A 'single' ethical lapse could negatively impact company image and potentially expose it to costly legal penalties. Every company should invest now in order to capture a baseline of their existing ethical climate and the impact of their current initiatives. Only what gets measured gets managed. A stratified, random survey of the company's employee population is the most efficient and cost effective way to discover what your employees see as ethics and compliance vulnerabilities. This knowledge can empower senior management to deal proactively with issues, potentially protecting the company from ethical lapses that could cost significantly later.
ERC Partner companies benefit additionally from the ability to gauge the their company program effectiveness of their ethics and compliance programs, and to compile reliable benchmarks for comparison to peers. Through the use of ERC Survey and ERC Measures, your client will discover;
- indicators of key areas requiring further attention;
- the impact of existing programs;
- the benchmarks to interpret individual company findings; and
- access to aggregate data that validates the best practices that positively impact organizational ethics.
