The ECOA benchmark will be updated every six months, beginning in April 2007. To participate in the inaugural benchmark, ERC must receive survey data by February 28, 2007. To participate in the October 2007 benchmark, ERC must receive survey data by August 24, 2007; for the April 2008 benchmark, by February 22, 2008. All members participating in the initiative will receive access to the ECOA-ERC Benchmarking Initiative page, where they can view their organization’s data and comparisons to ECOA and national benchmarks.

ERC also sponsors character development programs for educational institutions and a Fellows Program, composed of corporate ethics officers and academics who engage in practical research, that addresses emerging issues in corporations.
ECOA and ERC have a common goal of providing thought leadership and research findings that both ECOA members and ERC stakeholders can use to advance the cause of a more ethical and compliant organizations.
