Ethical culture is critical to our field, yet we still lack a common understanding of the term and its implications, as well as how ethical culture develops in an organization.  This literature review addresses four key questions:

1. What is ethical culture?
2. What is the impact of ethical culture?
3. How does ethical culture form?
4. What are the implications for leadership?
