ERC Fellows Meeting Set for July 16-18

The ERC Fellows Program summer meeting will be July 16-18 at the Westfields Marriott in Chantilly, Virginia, near Dulles International Airport.

Sessions will focus on decision-making and how a better working knowledge of the decision processes people experience can help make ethics and compliance programs more effective.

Discussion will include how emotions and group dynamics play a role in decision-making, and what ethics professionals can do to help ensure that these processes are accounted for when developing ethics training.
