ERC Fellows Vice Chair

Charles Ruthford has been with the Boeing Company for 34 years holding positions in Engineering, Manufacturing, Computing Operations, Information Technology, Sales and Marketing, Ethics, Software Development, Factory Automation, Systems Management, Management Development, and Training. 

Charles is a member of OIG Training and Development supporting the Ethics and Business Conduct (EBC) organization.  He joined OIG and EBC in August 2003. He is responsible for ethics program development, benchmarking, sharing best practices, research, ethics education, and ethics initiatives.  Charles has been an active member of the ERC Fellows Program since 2001.
