ERC Director Nominated to be Inspector General at Justice Department

Arlington, VA – The Ethics Resource Center congratulates one of our own.  President Obama nominated Michael Horowitz, a member of the ERC Board of Directors since 2009, to be Inspector General at the Department of Justice.  ERC President Patricia Harned made the following remarks about the nomination:

“President Obama has made a very wise choice in selecting Michael Horowitz.  Not only will Michael provide leadership to the Office of the Inspector General in the Department of Justice, he will bring a deep commitment to integrity to his new post.  The Ethics Resource Center has benefited greatly from Michael’s wisdom and experience.  He has been a wonderful presence on our board, and we wish him all the best in his new capacity.”
