The Ethics Resource Center (ERC) is a non-profit, non-partisan educational organization exempt from taxation under the Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Each year, individuals and corporations across the country support the work of ERC through their tax-deductible contributions. Our revenues come from a variety of resources, and fall into either the restricted or unrestricted category. Learn more about how the ERC is funded.
