Webcast series: A Deeper Look at the 2007 NGES & What It Means For Your Organization

•    Examine key outcomes by important demographics within the Federal Government (e.g., management level, work type, etc.) and highlight employee groups that are particularly vulnerable
•    Present facets of agency-wide approach to ethical culture and demonstrate impact of such approach on key outcomes
•    Discuss ethical culture-building strategies
•    Present characteristics of well-implemented ethics and compliance program and impact on key outcomes
•    Discuss strategies for assessing quality of program implementation
