Research

ERC regularly engages in research projects to learn more about our field, and to provide new insights to the public. Our most prominent research project is the National Business Ethics Survey, examining workplace ethics from the employee's perspective.

ERC advances understanding of the practices that promote ethical conduct by conducting research, measuring ethics and compliance program effectiveness, and by developing whitepapers and resources based on our findings. We provide organizational leaders with practical insights and datasets to use as benchmarks to measure the impact of their efforts in ethics and compliance.

As the ethical landscape continues to change, research and new learning become particularly important. Knowledge gleaned from our original research projects not only serves as the basis for our advisory work but allows us to develop innovative programs that will assist business and education communities around the globe.
