A Day In The Life Typically Includes:

  • Act as subject matter expert for counterparty business screening and risk assessments
  • Conduct, manage, understand & maintain (start to finish) due diligence for counterparties in Americas/Europe
  • Perform min due diligence including restricted party screening, risk assessments
  • Work with the business to understand the key compliance risks & maintain the results
  • Drive continuous improvement – make recommendations to simplify or innovate.
  • Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Commercial risks are identified and appropriate training courses are selected for the highest risk subjects
  • Work with stakeholders (legal/subject matter experts) to ensure that the training content is current, accurate & applicable
  • Liaise with Third party training content providers to finalize & upload content into LMS
  • Support & trouble shoot issues from LMS business admin & Site admins
  • Case/Incident Management – Project manage investigations/incidents as necessary
  • Maintain metrics of key compliance programs/investigations

What You Will Need:

Basic Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience within a multinational company
  • Experience completing or overseeing due diligence vetting processes 
  • Experience participating, leading, or supporting a compliance investigation process / guideline 
  • Strong project management, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Experience leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to travel up to 15% including international travel to Mexico and South America


What Will Put You Ahead?

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Knowledge of compliance learning management systems /processes 
  • Experience leading subject matter compliance training sessions with teams or groups of business staff
  • Chinese language skills
  • Experience completing, running, or overseeing business risk assessments
  • Experience working with teams outside the United States

  • Compliance, auditor, legal, customs broker, EHS or forensic investigation certifications
