2020 European Business Ethics Forum
London: Wednesday 05 February – Friday 07 February 2020
For the 17th year, this 2-day Forum will bring together those who are responsible for the ethics, compliance or business conduct programmes within their organisations. Participants share with their peers practical information and experiences relating to current best practices and explore together some of the problems that are raised in doing business ethically around the globe.
The meeting follows from the last Forum held in Paris in January 2019. It is an invaluable opportunity to network with a broad peer group of corporate managers working in this field around the world. The venue for the 2020 forum is Park Plaza Victoria. Attendance is for those within organisations with over 500 employees and is strictly limited to those responsible for ethics, compliance and corporate responsibility within their organisations. Registrations are initially limited to three people per company, although more may be held on a waiting list should space be available.
Discussions take place under the Chatham House Rule. The Forum is intended as a place to network and meet others; while it is appropriate to make professional contacts and to respond to requests for information from others, it is not appropriate to solicit business or support.
The Forum will commence with an informal get together for those who arrive on the Wednesday evening, 05 February, and conclude on Friday afternoon, 07 February.

Rates include admittance to all plenary and breakout sessions, the informal meet and greet for those who arrive on Wednesday 05 February, reception and dinner on Thursday 06 February, plus all conference materials. The forum will end on Friday afternoon, 07 February. Guests are responsible for organising and paying their own hotel arrangements but are advised not to do so until your booking has been confirmed by email@example.com
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Cancellations received in writing on or before Monday 10 December 2018 are entitled to a full refund.
- No refunds or partial refunds will be made after Monday 10 December 2018. However, following written confirmation your place may be transferred to a colleague or the 2020 Forum.
- If you wish to transfer your place to the 2020 Forum after Monday 10 December 2018, the full fee will still be due in 2019.
- Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation and you will still be required to pay.
