Embedding Ethics & Compliance in Third Party & Supply Chain Relationships

July 11 - 12, 2016
Westin Crystal City, Arlington, VA

Download meeting materials.

Organizations have complex relationships with hundreds, if not thousands, of suppliers, vendors, partners and agents—both domestically and internationally.  A failure in just one part of a supply chain or on the part of a vendor, partner or agent can be detrimental to the organization.  It can result in reputational damage, onerous regulatory sanctions, financial losses or more. The 2016 ECI Best Practice Forum will examine these and other critical strategies in an interactive dialogue that will help participants manage E&C risk in third party & supply chain relationships.

The ECI Best Practice Forum will explore:

  • Challenges specific to different forms of third party relationships and how to deal with them effectively;
  • Ways to develop and optimize relationships with internal strategic partners on third party issues;
  • Models for developing alliances with other organizations to deal with third party ethics and compliance issues; and
  • Risk-based and proportionate approaches to managing ethics and compliance in third party & supply chain relationships.

Registration is now open.
