Thank you for making IMPACT2019 a tremendous success!
From the showcase of our all-new High-Quality Program (HQP) Assessment tool, to our thought-provoking keynote speakers and informative peer-to-peer discussions, IMPACT proved to be the ultimate ethics and compliance program benchmarking event.
This year’s event may be over, but we are already busy gearing up to make IMPACT2020 in Boston another incredible benchmarking event to remember.
Here are some of our favorite highlights from the 3-day event, including video clips of our keynote speakers, an exclusive Q&A featuring ECI CEO Pat Harned and AAG Brian Benczkowski and more.
IMPACT2019 featured thought-provoking keynote speakers delivering talks on topics important to the ethics and compliance industry like accountability, speaking-up and workplace culture.
Amy Edmondson – Creating Safe Ethical Culture Employees Speak Up
Sam Silverstein – Accountability: What’s the Goal?
Tony Brigmon – Who Says E&C Can’t Be FUN?
High-Quality Program (HQP) Assessment
Earlier this year, we debuted our High-Quality Program (HQP) Assessment, a new tool that helps organizations benchmark their E&C programs to determine the program’s level of maturity. At IMPACT we debuted the first benchmarks, showing where our attendees programs’ stood individually and collectively as a whole and based on certain metrics.
Using HQP Assessment data, we debuted some truly groundbreaking benchmarks for ethics and compliance programs in some of the world’s largest organizations.

Assistant Attorney General Brian Benczkowski Announces New DoJ Guidelines
The Honorable Brian Benczkowski delivered remarks at IMPACT announcing a new set of guidelines by which the DoJ would analyze effectiveness of E&C programs. Benczkowski also participated in a Q&A session facilitated by ECI CEO Pat Harned.
“A company’s compliance program is the first line of defense that prevents the misconduct from happening in the first place. And if done right, it has the ability to keep the company off our radar screen entirely.” – AAG Brian Benczkowski
90% of attendees said that IMPACT2019 was a valuable use of their time and that they would recommend this event to a colleague.
Our attendees loved this event! Our benchmarking sessions proved to be informative, our keynotes thought-provoking and entertaining and the networking opportunities and ability to make connections with your fellow E&C peers and colleagues were priceless.
“The opportunity to connect with peers during benchmarking sessions, with a framework for the conversation, was of high value.”- IMPACT2019 Attendee
“One of the benefits of your event is that is is much more intimate to talk about compliance and ethics in smaller working groups than it is in larger mega sessions I have been to in the past.” – IMPACT2019 Attendee
“Not only did I have a chance to connect with my peers and colleagues during the event, but I also became acquainted with Tia and her colleagues.” – IMPACT2019 Attendee
