It can be difficult for an Ethics & Compliance professional and their team understand what is working and what is not. Decisions are often made using conventional wisdom, which can be insufficient and does not take full advantage of resources and data.
For over two decades ECI has been helping organizations assess their culture and worked with voluntary and court appointed monitors to assess E&C Programs. We also capture Global e&c data from our long-standing longitudinal global survey the Global Business Ethics Survey (GBES). That is a lot of data. In fact, since 2010 we have captured more than 600,000 survey responses.
ECI has used this data internally to support our benchmarking and to provide insights to our members and clients. As we watched the increased amount and frequency of data collection by companies we recognized the need to automate and make our tools and data available to the public.
