What is a junk folder? Junk and spam filters are great for eliminating unwanted clutter from your main inbox, but sometimes they miss the mark and can filter out wanted content so that you never see it. And since we don’t send spam or junk ever, you want to make sure we land in your inbox.

To whitelist a domain in Outlook:

1. Click on our e-mail.
2. Under the “From and To” fields, there should be a message that says “Click here to download pictures.”
3. Click that message, find the option from the drop-down menu that says “Add the domain @ethics.org to Safe Senders list” and click it.
4. You’re done!

To whitelist a domain in Gmail (desktop):

1. Find our e-mail in your inbox, it may have been filtered to “Social” or “Promotions”.
2. Click and drag the e-mail to the “Primary” navigation tab.
3. Click “Move 1 conversation” to confirm.

Now you will be sure to receive our content on time and directly to your inbox.
