What to Know Before You Go

On April 12, the IMPACT conference site will go live and registrants will be sent an invitation to “claim” (that is, set up) their IMPACT site account. This email will be sent on a regular schedule until April 19 or until your account is set up. By signing in, you will have immediate access to the conference, including accredited sessions for LPEC, networking tools, resources and more.

You are encouraged to explore the IMPACT conference site before IMPACT begins and learn more about our sessions and speakers, Marshall Award, Working Groups Poster Hall and networking activities. You can also begin adding sessions to your personal agenda!

SETTING UP YOUR IMPACT 2022 ACCOUNT

In order to attend and fully participate in IMPACT 2022, you’ll need to create your personal account. All registrants will be sent an email with a personalized link (please check your spam and junk folders before contacting ECI’s support desk). Once you click on the link, you’ll be asked to fill in a few blanks:

Once you “claim your account,” you’ll be able to edit your profile, add a headshot, visit the Virtual Exhibit Hall (and leave them a note!) and see who else is registered. Please consider bookmarking the site and saving your login credentials (or just don’t log out) so you’ll be prepared when IMPACT begins on Tuesday, 19 April.

IMPACT SITE

IMPACT 2022, April 19-22, is hosted on our virtual conference platform powered by Pathable, which is Zoom-based. Please login to the conference site before IMPACT begins to ensure you are able access the platform. If you need technical assistance within the platform, please email support@pathable.com.

To navigate the conference site, use the tabs at the top of the screen and select pages to visit from the drop-down menu.

AGENDA

On the agenda page, you can view and learn more about the full event schedule, including: keynote and breakout sessions, the Working Groups Poster Hall, Virtual Tradeshow hours and networking events.

Once you sign into your  IMPACT account, you can add specific sessions and events to your personal agenda, which gives you the option to receive notifications when your meetings are starting.

SESSIONS

From the agenda page, you can navigate to individual sessions. On each session page, you can learn more about the session topic, access the profiles of the presenters and download any documents provided by the speakers. Once the session begins, you will be able to chat with other attendees, staff and the presenters as well as post your questions directly to the speakers.

When the session is in progress, you will be able to watch the webinar or join a Zoom room if the session is in Meeting mode. Once the session is over, the on-demand video will be available within an hour.

TRADE SHOW

IMPACT is made possible with the support of our partners: Convercent by OneTrust, NAVEX, Center for Audit Quality, CohnReznik, ComplianceLine, Pacific Strategies & Assessments, SAI360, True Office Learning and Vault Platform. Please show them your appreciation by visiting their virtual booth and leaving your virtual business card.

Each day, there are several Virtual Trade Show hours scheduled before the IMPACT day begins, during breaks and after the IMPACT day ends. Check the booths to see if they in-person meetings or content scheduled, prize drawings and more. During Virtual Trade Show hours, you can enter their virtual booth – allowing you to enter a Zoom-like conference room with booth staff.

NETWORKING

The heart of every conference is connecting with your peers. While it’s not quite the same as bumping into someone at the buffet, we have many opportunities for you to connect with colleagues, speakers, sponsors, ECI Board members and staff during and after IMPACT hours.

Besides joining the Watercooler Break rooms and receptions, you can connect with other IMPACT attendees and participants by sending them a message through Pathable or requesting a private video meeting.

Solutions Reels Visit this page to watch short solutions-oriented videos from our participating exhibitors. And please take a moment to stop by their booths to thank them for their support of IMPACT 2022, download materials and visit with booth staff.

Virtual Scavenger Hunt Download the daily scavenger list (or copy the hints) then look for the Scavenger Hunt words scattered throughout the IMPACT 2022 site. When you’ve found all the answers, complete the entry form. Two random winners will be drawn each day.

NETWORK WITH YOUR PEERS AND SPECIAL EVENTS

Carol R. Marshall Award — Join us in congratulating the 2022 Carol R. Marshall Award recipient at the 30-minute event on Wednesday, 20 April. The Carol R. Marshall Award is generously funded by KPMG.

Conversation Boards — Join one of the conversations by adding your comments to a thread that’s already started or start a new thread.

HQP Brown Bag There are two scheduled Brown Bag sessions during IMPACT. On Wednesday is the HQP Partners-hosted session for invited guests; all IMPACT attendees are invited to join the Thursday HQP Brown Bag.
