    Howard McCabe is Creative Director and Founder of Dream Syndicate and Blue Visual Effects. Both companies provide strategy and content development in Augmented Reality and commercial video production, respectively, and have been doing so since 1999.

    Prior to forming these companies, Howard helped form Criterion Communications, a full service agency and affiliate of US Healthcare.

    Howard often speaks on the topic of Augmented Reality and its coming cultural impact on the world. Prior to forming Blue and Dream Syndicate Howard worked in the entertainment industry working on features, documentaries and broadcast TV.

    Loren Becher is the Director of Enterprise Programs at Alexion and is responsible for leading the learning and development, communications and cultural initiatives that support the enterprise-wide compliance strategy. Loren also provides strategic and operational support to the US Compliance Team.
    Prior to joining Alexion, Loren was at Astellas as Director, Compliance Excellence & Transformation. There she led the development of the ethics & compliance learning strategy, resulting in the maturing of the global ethics & compliance training and communications program for the Company.
    Loren also worked for GlaxoSmithKline in the Office of the General Counsel, supporting global training, departmental strategic initiatives and operations. Loren also has experience working in compliance in the finance industry and in the Federal Government.
    Loren earned a Masters in Public Health and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from George Washington University. She is also SCCE certified as a Compliance & Ethics Professional.

She uses her 15+years of experience in learning and professional development to help
    the company design and implement training programs that support an open and ethical culture.

    Prior to joining Consolidated Edison, she worked in various human capital management capacities for multinational corporations in the banking, insurance, and pharmaceutical industries. In addition to ethics and compliance, areas of responsibility at various times have included training strategy, leadership development, policy management, and organizational development initiatives.

    Susan attended the State University of New York College at Oswego where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications. Susan holds a Masters of Education in Instructional Design from Arizona State University and she is certified as a Leading Professional in Ethics & Compliance (LPEC).
