MARCH 24 | Innovation Strategies to Transform Your E&C Program

E&C programs face unprecedented challenges in today’s business environment.  One way to meet those challenges is to borrow powerful innovation tools and strategies that have been used to develop blockbusting products and services that we see and use in the marketplace every day.  This best practice forum will introduce a robust tool kit of practical innovation strategies and techniques that unlock and build on the best ideas.

ECI’s March Best Practice Forum will focus on the importance of:

  • Having an innovation mindset;
  • Leveraging practical and easily learned techniques and tools from the field of user-centric design;
  • Becoming familiar with and using virtual collaboration tools; and
  • In addition to resourcing, selling ideas and solutions effectively to ensure success.
