SEPTEMBER 21 | Maximizing the Impact of Your E&C Training Program

Conducting effective E&C training essentially boils down to combining two foundational principles: getting the most out of your training budget with the greatest learner engagement and impact.  At ECI’s September Best Practice Forum you will hear from two highly successful companies in very different industries how they develop relevant content, deliver timely, memorable and engaging training to both employees and leaders, and assess the impact and effectiveness of their training efforts.

Learning Points:

  • Tap employee and risk assessment resources to identify content areas that identify and fill current gaps in knowledge areas.
  • Inspire and empower employees to follow their interests and needs and extend their learning beyond basic requirements.
  • Deliver timely training and reduce seat time through cost-effective strategies that utilize readily available platforms and technology.
  • Build feedback loops from learners that help improve training content and processes.
  • Adapt training content to the context of work to make learning interesting, relatable and relevant.
